Cancellation Policy
How many days before I can cancel the reservation?
For cancelation 30 days before the arrival date, you will get a full refund. If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before arrival, the fee paid will not be returned.
Can I request cancellation after the checkin date?
Unfortunately we cannot accept any cancellations after the check in date.
I paid 100% in advance, can I cancel the reservation?
If you paid the full amount in advance, it means that you received a special offer that doesn’t allow to cancel the booking at any time. Please see the term of the offer before booking.
